Access

Project rooms are password protected.

Access is managed through the agreed project contact. If another team member needs access, it should first be confirmed through that contact.

The portal is used as a security-aware coordination layer, not as the main storage location for sensitive project files.

When needed, project rooms can link to external storage with separate access control, including encrypted file sharing, passwords, or expiring access links.

For larger collaborations, a project room may also clarify how material is organized across folders, tools, review stages, manufacturing steps, or other shared workflows.
